New Lancaster County Homeowner Received a $50,000 Special Surprise Delivery

As Jim Gicas settled into his new Charter home in The Lakes neighborhood after moving to Central Pennsylvania from Las Vegas, NV, he received the surprise of a lifetime. On Monday, March 20, 2006, Charter Homes and their partner Wolf’s furniture surprised Gicas with $50,000 of interior design and furnishings and announced that he was the winner of the Charter Homes’ “Interior Design Home Giveaway.”
The Interior Home Design Giveaway’ was open to anyone who made settlement on a ‘Priority Delivery’ home in a Charter Homes neighborhood before December 31, 2005. Gicas was chosen randomly by Charter Homes and was given the opportunity to work with the Wolf’s design team to choose styles, colors, furniture and accessories to create a personalized, hand-picked interior design for his new home.
