From Lancaster, take 283 west 13 miles to the Rheems/Elizabethtown exit. Turn left at Cloverleaf Road and continue 1 mile. Turn right onto PA 230 West (South Market Street) and continue 2.7 miles. Turn left at Center Square, then continue on west High Street. Turn right on Turnpike Road and continue 2 miles. Turn right at Silver Drive, and take your first right onto Crimson Lane.
From Lancaster, you can also reach Bishop Woods via 283 by continuing to the PA 743 South exit (3 miles past the Rheems/Elizabethtown exit). Turn left on 743 South (Hershey Road) for 1.6 miles, then turn left onto north Market Street. Turn right at Center Square (West High Street) and then right onto Turnpike Road. After 2 miles, take a right on Silver Drive, and take your first right onto Crimson Lane.
