Construction activity has moved into high gear at Bishop Woods, Charter’s newest neighborhood in Lancaster County’s Elizabethtown. John Foltz, the builder for Bishop Woods, is busy overseeing the construction of our new model home while crews from Charter Excavating are working hard to install new roads and infrastructure. Here’s the view as you enter this new neighborhood:
Here's a view of the entry sign at our Bishop Woods neighborhood.
Exterior Framing is completed at the model home.
The photo below gives you a closer look at the conservatory (remember theConservatory at Veranda?). The conservatory has floor to ceiling windows on all three exterior walls which provide abundant natural light and amazing views of the woods and the natural beauty of the area. Can you imagine the beautiful fall “leaf show” you’d see from the conservatory windows?
There will be beautiful views from the conservatory year-round!
The model home isn’t the only one home under construction at Bishop Woods– these wooded homesites have been selling fast! Right now, crews are building two additional homes, with more coming soon. All of the homes in this neighborhood are at least one acre in size, and each wooded homesite is private, shady and attractive.
The foundation is completed for a home at Bishop Woods.
Now that the street is in, you can really get a sense of how spacious each homesite will be at Bishop Woods. It’s worth the drive on a sunny summer day – don’t forget to follow the road back to even more large, attractive home sites!
