Adding a statement-making backsplash is one of the easiest ways to spice up your kitchen! With countless material and color choices, it may seem daunting to make a decision, but understanding the trends and best way to use backsplash tiles can make the idea much more approachable! Check out some of the ways the Charter Interior Designers at CharterColors have used backsplashes in our model home kitchens. Maybe something will inspire your next project!
The contrast between the dark cabinetry and white subway tile backsplash create a captivating combination–not to mention durable!

The dark cabinets and the neutral tile are a classic combination. We turned it up a notch and added a slab of granite behind the stove for added interest. Neutrals can be as impactful as statement making colors when you use pattern and texture!

Light tile with light cabinets creates an open airy feel in the kitchen. We love the statement wall of tile all the way up to the exhaust hood of the stove in this gourmet kitchen.

One more kitchen to feature, talk about making a statement! We used a beautiful black honed granite behind the range and our designer Veronica wrote on it with chalk! Add character to your kitchen by creating a customizable space!
