The Wall Street Journal recently quoted Rob Bowman, President of Charter Homes & Neighborhoods on the increase of new-home sales rising to their highest level in more than six years in December.
"Regardless of the weather or the holidays, people purchased" said Bowman. "And we’re starting to see people buy in the sub-$200,000 price point. We haven’t seen that in 15 months." Charter anticipates a strong 2015 with selling more than 300 homes this year.
