Parade has officially begun this past weekend!  If you haven't been out, relax! You have through Saturday to see three great Charter model homes and neighborhoods on the route. And it's easily doable in one day with Milllcreek, Grandview and Veranda being only about eight miles in driving distance.

Find your directions to Millcreek here.  Just off Route 30, start your tour at the grand daddy of Charter's neighborhoods and one of the most beautiful.  Bring your walking shoes so you can take some time to walk the hilly, curving roads and stop by the creek, the historic bank barn building and The Great Lawn.

Next you'll head down the road to Grandview.  Also off Route 30 and closer to downtown, Grandview is the newest of Charter's neighborhoods in one of Lancaster's oldest and iconic areas adjacent to Grandview Heights. Walk the extra wide walking paths and tree-lined streets to Jaycee Park and back around this charming enclave of homes.

And last but not least is Veranda off of Harrisburg Pike.  This beloved neighborhood is a past multiple Parade of Homes winner and you can easily see why. Nestled in a convenient location, Veranda is an easy walking neighborhood. As you leave the model home you'll see the picture-perfect farm views, a true sign you are in Lancaster County.

It's the perfect week to tour Charter's Great American Neighborhoods!  We look forward to seeing you!
