It's March and there are a number of reasons to think green. Spring is teasing us with gradually warmer temps and those first signs of buds on the trees. The snow is finally subsiding to reveal the dormant green grass that’s been hibernating for the last several months. Then of course we are approaching St. Patrick’s Day – always a good reason to wear your choice of color. And there are so many shades that writer Ingrid Sundberg has created a color thesaurus Green Thesaurus in case you aren’t sure about the correct name (chartreuse anyone)?
We think the best way to experience green is by visiting one of Charter’s Great American Neighborhoods. Charter is committed to going green first because before we plan what we build, we decide what to preserve. Memorable spaces connect people to the land and nature. Trees, waterways and spaces that should be shared by all are set aside. Everything else is then carefully designed around it.
Come visit and you’ll see it in every neighborhood, from TerraPark™ in Walden and Florin Hill to Pocket Park in Meridian and Playlanda in Veranda – great outdoor spaces that encourage and invite you to walk, run and play. Surrounded by hundreds of trees, your natural landscape not only looks good but it makes you feel good and breathe a bit easier.
So don your favorite Irish attire and march on over to one of our great neighborhoods or give Kathryn a call at 1.800325.3030 to see why you should go green every day!
