The Preserve is unique not just for what we've added, but for what we've saved. Home to diverse wildlife, this site required careful preservation efforts to retain its remarkable character. Dozens of mature trees were transplanted or worked into the design. Sears Stream and its aquatic inhabitants were protected from excess run-off during ground moving. And peace and quiet was retained for new neighbors by street designs that allow no through traffic.
With The Preserve's nature intact, we've made sure that almost every homesite backs up to wooded spaces, creek sounds and mountain views. After all, what's a beautiful neighborhood if you don't feel like you're part of it?
