The Neighborhood
"This was our first home purchase, so we were nervous but excited. We love our townhome, we love the view, and we love the style – Florin Hill doesn't feel like a typical development."
– Sarah Dietrich and Max Linn
Past Meets Present
Florin was one of three small 18th century towns that merged to become Mount Joy in 1851. A place with so much history requires a careful touch, so we designed Florin Hill as an extension of the original street grid. With plans to add walkable shops and offices to this new end of Main Street, Florin Hill isn't just another development, but a vibrant and authentic addition to this treasured small town.
Within Florin Hill, a thoughtful mix of townhomes, garden homes, cottages, bungalows and single homes fosters a lively multigenerational community like those of bygone days: a place where doctors, teachers, growing families and retirees can all live and thrive on the same block.
