A new job moved us out to York from Chicago, so it was a big change for all of us. We were attracted to Sage Hill by the school district, since we have four young kids. But what really sold us was the breathtaking view of the Rocky Ridge. Before building even began, my wife and I came to our homesite with lawn chairs and wine and got a head start enjoying our property.
We love our new home. And now that we've been here for a year, we've discovered another benefit to the neighborhood: it's really social! We've made very close friends here, and so have our kids. It's so reassuring to feel a sense of community when you're 1,200 miles away from your family.
