We came up from Maryland to visit my cousin just after he bought his home at Springwood. We toured the homesite while it was under construction, and I was really impressed with the quality of the work. We weren't serious about moving at that point, but after our visit, we fell in love with the neighborhood. Now our kids are growing up together, even going to the same school. It's wonderful.
But what I love best about the move is our home. This is the second home we've built, and the difference is incredible. We had so many problems with the first one, but our Charter home is seamless. I couldn't be happier with the quality and the design.
