Brookvue Preserve
Brookvue Preserve is a 20-acre living, breathing extension of home that changes with each visit. Morning runners find clarity on trails kissed with dew. Children collect treasures like acorns or a fallen feather. Wanderers accept the invitation of benches to sit and stay awhile.
The Bower
The Bower green is made up of several distinct elements—the main stone and timber structure we call The Den, the bordering park and green space simply known as The Bower, and a natural playground known as TerraPark. Together, they form the central outpost of activity and connection at the center of Brookvue.
The Den
The Den, crafted from rugged timber and fieldstone features a grand fireplace that radiates warmth, drawing people together on a roomy patio beneath its wide, sheltering eaves. Looking east, a bandshell stage
extends from The Den’s lower level and gives way to the vast lawn.
TerraPark
Rounding out the corner of The Bower green is Terrapark. There's something beautifully frontier about our natural playground: the way children approach it with the same curiosity that once drove settlers off to discover unknown lands. No maps needed, no instructions required. Just the natural desire to explore what lies beyond the next hill at Cranberry’s New Frontier.
Green Space
Walking paths meander throughout Brookvue, opening to green area and open spaces that invite you to relax or play.
