Charter Homes & Neighborhoods invites you to kick off the holiday season with the “Home for the Holidays” event at Meeder Green and Crossroads on Dec. 7 from 3-7 PM.
This festive celebration will feature a variety of free activities, including horse-drawn carriage rides, a letter-writing station for Santa, gourmet hot chocolate, holiday music and light show, and opportunities for family and pet photos with Santa.
Santa pictures start at 6 PM after he lights the neighborhood holiday tree.

Events and Activities
- Santa Letter-Writing Station: Cards and crayons will be available for children to create their holiday wish lists and mail directly to Santa.
- Horse-drawn Carriage Ride: Enjoy a free horse-drawn carriage ride around Meeder Green, courtesy of Charter Homes from 3-7 PM, with sign-ups being taken on site. Sign up early, as space is limited!
- Holiday Gingerbread House: Stop by to purchase special cookies and treats being sold to support Isaiah 117 House to help children awaiting placement in foster homes in Butler County.
- S’mores and firepits in Crossroads
- Complimentary Gourmet Hot Chocolate: Coffee Brake will be serving complimentary gourmet hot chocolate, sponsored by Charter Homes, alongside their regular menu of coffee, tea, and pastries, which will be available for purchase.
- Holiday Lights and Music: Throughout Crossroads, guests can enjoy a holiday light and music show, including live carolers!
- Photos with Santa: After Santa arrives and lights the tree at 6 PM, he will be available for photos with families. Or get your photos taken by a professional photographer, sponsored by Charter!

Saturday November 30th is also Small Business Saturday, so be sure to stop by all the Meeder Crossroads stores and restaurants.
Shop local and pick up the gifts or gift cards your friends and family want from Coffee Brake, R&R Hair Salon, NIQUEA.D, Recon Brewing, and others.
