Warranty Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled construction professional with experience in warranty service and direct client interaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company dedicated to building high-quality homes and neighborhoods throughout Central and Western Pennsylvania. As a valued member of our Warranty Team, you will play a key role in ensuring homeowners’ concerns are addressed promptly, thoroughly, and with the highest level of care—making every homeowner feel special.

To be considered for the role, you will possess 2+ years of construction and|or warranty experience, managing the complexities of resolving construction and|or warranty projects with experience in managing relationships with Homeowners, both internal teams and external Trade Partners to deliver exceptional results to Plan. You will also need to demonstrate examples of your commitment to “always improving” and “delivering every day” to the highest standards and without error.

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional, with notable experience in construction and|or warranty service.

Key job Activities: 

As a Warranty Supervisor, you will oversee the resolution of Homeowner warranty requests by accurately assessing each situation and coordinating internal Teams and Trade Partners to deliver results in line with the Plan. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve timely, effective resolutions through expert application of the Warranty Playbook, while ensuring every Homeowner feels special.

In this role, you will :

  • Assessing Homeowner warranty requests to determine if the issues identified are warrantable.
  • Manage the Homeowner relationship while addressing the warranty issue.
  • Coordinate internal teams and Trade Partners ensuring issues are resolved On Time and to Plan while making Homeowners Feel Special.
  • Properly documenting warranty requests, complete work and resolutions.
