Charter Homes & Neighborhoods invites you to kick off the holiday season with the “Home for the Holidays” event at the Arcona Green and Crossroads on Dec. 6 from 3-7 PM.
This festive celebration will feature a variety of free activities, including horse-drawn carriage rides, DIY kids’ holiday crafts, a letter-writing station for Santa, gourmet hot chocolate, holiday music and light show, and opportunities for family and pet photos with Santa.
Santa pictures start at 6 PM after the neighborhood holiday tree is lit.

Events and Activities
- Elf Workshop: Kids can make holiday crafts for themselves or to give as gifts. Craft stations will be set up throughout the Crossroads and the Green, with staff available to provide assistance.
- Crossroads Cookie Walk
- Santa Letter-Writing Station: Cards and crayons will be available for children to create their holiday wish lists and mail directly to Santa.
- Horse-drawn Carriage Ride: Enjoy a free horse-drawn carriage ride around Arcona, courtesy of Charter Homes. Carriage rides will be available from 3-7 PM.
- S’mores and firepits on Arcona Green
- Holiday Patio Bar at Thea’s
- Complimentary Gourmet Hot Chocolate: Idea Coffee will be serving complimentary gourmet hot chocolate, sponsored by Charter Homes, alongside their regular menu of coffee, tea, and pastries, which will be available for purchase.
- Holiday Lights and Music: Throughout Crossroads, guests can enjoy a holiday light and music show.
- Photos with Santa: After Santa arrives and lights the tree at 6 PM, he will be available for photos with families – so be sure to bring your camera along to capture the special moments!

Saturday November 30th is also Small Business Saturday, so be sure to stop by all the Arcona Crossroads stores and restaurants.
