If your home is still in its warranty period, please submit warranty requests through the homeowner portal at www.charterhomes.com/warranty using the login credentials you were provided.

Neighborhood Items

For items about the neighborhood, contact your neighborhood association management company.

Home Details

For specific details about your home, please refer to your New Home Agreement for specific products and other information. Color matching is recommended for new projects.
