How it works:
- Let us know you plan to participate: Sign up using the form on this page.
- Pull out whatever you no longer need or want: Price your items and plan out your space.
- Spread the word: Help us let people know that the sale is happening so we can get as many people to Hastings as possible to make this event a success.
- See who else is selling: We’ll be publishing a list of participating addresses so you can see where the action will be at and make your plan for shopping the neighborhood.

What is the Spring Yard Sale?
Charter has chosen April 26th from 7 am to 2 pm, to encourage a collective neighborhood yard sale. We will be doing promotions for the day to drive interest to the activity. Anyone who would like to participate should sign-up if they would like to have their address listed. If you do not want your address listed, you can still participate without signing up.
Is there a fee to participate?
No, there is no cost to participate. Charter will be promoting the event through social media and other channels to help drive people to the neighborhood.
I don’t have a yard, what can I do?
Feel free to use a porch, garage, or the sidewalk just making sure there is enough room for people to safely pass.
Will there be food trucks or entertainment?
No, this is a promotion for a neighborhood yard sale only.
Will there be any entertainment in the Green or common area?
No, there is no scheduled entertainment.
Is this the only time I can have a yard sale?
No, you can have your own yard sale any time.
