At the heart of Arcona, just steps away from the newest section of carriage homes at Chelsea, sits Arcona Green – a central gathering space marked with century old trees and panoramic views of the neighborhood.
While it may seem as though the Green just accidentally showed up, the idea of a community gathering space as the center point of Arcona was very intentional. From the time construction in the neighborhood first began, homes, streets, and businesses have been designed and placed in such a way that will focus activity on the Green.
It will soon be a place for neighborhood events and gatherings, the home to the holiday tree that neighbors will light every Christmas in celebration of the season and the location of the neighborhood flagpole. The Green will also be the perfect spot for an impromptu summer picnic, a shady rest with your favorite four-legged friend or a game of catch with friends and family.
