Creating TerraPark

TerraPark^® is one of the most popular features in our Great American Neighborhoods because the land in each of our neighborhoods is so unique, so is each TerraPark^®. We use the existing contours of the land to guide the design, shaping it into a brand new useable space that looks like it's been there forever. Whether it's moving tons of dirt to build hills for children to climb (and roll down) or building rock amphitheaters that will set the backdrop for make-believe shows or smores around the firepit, creating the TerraPark^® is a one-of-a-kind, and truly rewarding experience.

We're creating a place for kids of all ages to connect with family and friends, make new friends and let their imaginations run wild. It's just one of the ways that we design our neighborhoods to be as special as the people who live in them.
