Got Your 6 At Home Initiative Announced

Charter today joined Penn State College of Medicine and it's clinical partners at Penn State Health to launch Got Your 6 at Home, an initiative to clear two obstacles that may prevent veterans from thriving after they return home.

The Got Your 6 at Home initiative has two components. The Got Your 6 at Home Employer Program will equip employers with the perspective and tools they can use to better serve veterans adjusting to post-service life. The Got Your 6 at Home Family Program will connect veterans and their loved ones to important support networks and resources to better identify and respond to warning signs that can interfere with everyday life.

"Our organization is excited to participate in the program. Several of our team members have served and continue to serve our country, and we want to proactively strengthen our ability to provide a caring and meaningful place to work where they continue growing and making their mark," said Rob Bowman, president of Charter Homes & Neighborhoods. "We want to extend that support to all facets of their lives, and we're excited to be able to extend resources for their families and loved ones as well."
