You will work side by side with Charter’s leadership on project based work creating some of the most memorable and recognizable neighborhoods in the county.
If you have at least three years of experience in a real estate development, law or design disciplines such as civil engineering or planning and are ready to take your career to the next level, now is the time for you to join our team as Project Manager of Neighborhood Development.
The Project Manager of Neighborhood Development is tasked with working independently and efficiently managing the development team, which includes engineers, attorneys, environmental consultants, and planners, while ensuring that each neighborhood within Charter’s growing portfolio is delivered on schedule, on budget and to plan.
The ideal candidate can see a project from conception to completion, navigate a multitude of third party relationships, and problem solve through the surprises and challenges that come with managing land development projects. The project manager will have access to entire planning and development experience of new neighborhoods and is responsible for project managing the neighborhoods in their entirety.

This position requires demonstrated skill using Microsoft Word, Excel and Project. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as real estate, law, civil engineering or planning is required, and an advanced degree is a plus.
